Montfort Hospital-Aviation Parkway is a mature, quiet neighbourhood that is mostly residential and great for raising a family. It is in Ottawa's East end and has Highway 174 running through it which makes it a short drive to basically anywhere in the city. The community is also home to the St. Laurent Shopping Centre, one of Ottawa's largest shopping centres. It is a mostly English speaking community but does have a significant percentage of people who speak French and other non-official languages.
